Thirteen
It's kind of ironic that the movie Thirteen, a movie that supposedly shows what it's like to be a 13-year-old girl, is not supposed to be viewed by actual 13-year olds. I guess people can see and hear things in real life, but not watch them on the screen. Interesting.

This Blog will be a more constructive use of my energy than just screaming at the walls. It will be my ravings about politics, society, popular culture and plenty of things most people really don't care too much about.
I'm a recovering journalist who finally left the rat race to my quiet public library where I can actually do some good. I grew up in a small town and have finally returned to that same small town, something which I said I would never do. But I have managed to find some peace of mind among the familiar hills and valleys of what is truly home.
