Late night discovery
I discoverd, quite by accident, that you can drag a track from your iTunes into GarageBand and it will convert it into another track on your composition. That could be cool for making mix tracks for a party or adding in loops from other songs. This little tidbit ay have been in the instructions, but reading the instructions first before playing with the software is for wusses.

This Blog will be a more constructive use of my energy than just screaming at the walls. It will be my ravings about politics, society, popular culture and plenty of things most people really don't care too much about.
I'm a recovering journalist who finally left the rat race to my quiet public library where I can actually do some good. I grew up in a small town and have finally returned to that same small town, something which I said I would never do. But I have managed to find some peace of mind among the familiar hills and valleys of what is truly home.
